3 ½ room apartment

I am moving to Biel on 1 December and am giving up my apartment in "Breitsch" with a heavy heart. If you are looking for a quiet retreat in the middle of one of Bern's most beautiful quarters, this could be yours.

The apartment has 3.5 rooms on around 42 m² on the raised ground floor. A small balcony is also included. It does not face the street, but rather a green courtyard, perfect for cozy coffees in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There is also a dishwasher, as well as a cellar compartment and an attic for everything you do not need daily.

The apartment has parquet flooring in the living room and bedroom; the kitchen, bathroom, and corridor have dark tiles.

You do not have to plan laundry days here. Although you share the washing machine in the cellar, it is actually always free, and there is a drying room for the laundry.

Regarding the location: The 20er bus departs 100 meters from your doorstep, directly via the station to Länggasse or towards Wankdorf. The 9er tram at Viktoriaplatz is a few minutes' walk away, so you can also quickly reach the Old Town. And you can reach both Coop and Migros within ten minutes.
