We are offering our cozy and modern 1.5-room apartment in Ottenbach in the Canton of Zürich for exchange.

The apartment is approx. 60 m² in size, is located in a Minergie building and features underfloor heating. The monthly rent is CHF 1’681 including an underground parking space.

Ottenbach offers a quiet, rural residential location with lots of nature and, at the same time, good accessibility to Zürich, Affoltern am Albis and Zug. Ideal for couples or individuals who enjoy living quietly and yet want to stay close to the city.

What we are looking for:

We are a young, working couple and are looking for a 3.5-room apartment, preferably also a 4.5-room apartment, with a maximum rent of CHF 2’200 including service charges.

Our preferred locations are Wädenswil, Horgen, Thalwil, Zürich Wollishofen, Zürich Altstetten, Dietikon, Urdorf and Schlieren.

Important to us are good connections to public transport, a pleasant living environment and the possibility to bring our two cats.

A housing exchange would be possible for us by arrangement.
