Room in a shared flat

Limited term. From 02.22 - mid-February
We are renting a very beautiful, light-flooded room in the Zwicky Areal. 2nd floor, large windows, modern kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 large bathrooms, 2 toilets and a large balcony. It is located in Dübendorf, only 20 minutes walking from Bhf. Stettbach. From there, only 5min to Stadelhofen and 8min to the HB. The room is furnished with a large bed, desk and chest of drawers. There is possibly the possibility to stay in the apartment long-term (if one of us moves out during that time - which is quite possible)

We are Arde (25), Jenny (22) and Julia (27), all students from Finance to Art. We have been living together for 2 years, and even though we are all very different, we get along very well. We are all very busy and often on the go, but we are very happy when we manage to sit together on the sofa in the evenings or also on the weekend and laugh a lot.

We are looking for an open, friendly person. Since we are all women, we would prefer a FLINTA person. And because it is a WOKO apartment, the criteria (student under 28) must be met. Cleanliness is important to us. :)
