Room in a shared flat

The stylish 4.0 room apartment is located in the middle of the Neustadt of Luzern. Shopping facilities as well as public transport are only a few steps away. The Uni Luzern is reachable in 10min on foot – ideal for female students. Shops such as Denner, Coop, Migros are very close by.

From mid-November, two rooms are available for rent. I am looking for two female roommates who are interested in a great shared apartment life. The room rent is 790.- Franken including service charges per month. The apartment is limited until 30. Juni 2028.

About me: Hoi, my name is Lorena (20) and I study at the Uni Luzern. My hobbies are skiing, jogging, swimming in the lake, singing in a choir and watching movies in the evening. My friends describe me as a ray of sunshine, as helpful, socially active and as a personal Google regarding art and pop culture. I myself am a very creative person and always want to try out and experience many new things.

Who am I looking for? I am looking for two women, between 18 and 25 years old, who study or work in Luzern and are interested in a relaxed, warm shared apartment life. It should not be a Zweck-WG, but rather a proper home with a sense of community, where one also enjoys spending time together alongside everyday studies. Non-smokers are sought. Pets are not allowed.

If interested, write a few lines about yourself. I look forward to meeting you personally during an apartment viewing!
