It nevertheless offers enough space for the most important furniture such as a bed, desk, and wardrobe. Additionally, a chest of drawers is available directly in front of the room, providing extra storage space. In general, there are numerous possibilities throughout the entire apartment to store personal items. The apartment extends over several floors and offers plenty of space for communal living without constantly stepping on each other's toes. So far, the division with the shower bath for the men and the bathtub for the women has proven to be uncomplicated. The communal rooms are used by everyone, as are many of the existing appliances and facilities. In this regard, respectful handling of other people's belongings and a quick check before use is required. The room is becoming available because our long-term roommate has moved out. After an interim reoccupation, it became apparent that the ideas regarding living together unfortunately did not match sufficiently. Therefore, we are now looking again for a person who shares our values of respect, personal responsibility, and uncomplicated living together and would like to become a long-term part of our WG. The room price already includes the following: \- Room OG \- Heating + utilities \- Shared use of the entire apartment Additional costs: \- Electricity and internet A parking space can be rented separately. For the room, we charge a deposit of CHF 1'000.–. This serves as security for the tenancy and will, of course, be fully refunded upon proper return of the room. We are looking for: We are looking for an open-minded, independent, and uncomplicated person who is well-grounded in life. Ideally, you are over 30 years old, but we are just as happy to welcome younger people who bring a certain level of maturity and life experience. A relaxed and respectful WG life is important to us. We value living together under one roof without obligations arising from it. Each of us leads our own life, takes responsibility for our own area, and respects the privacy of others. At the same time, we enjoy spontaneous shared dinners, a barbecue evening on the weekend, or a cozy conversation in between. However, it can also happen that due to different daily routines, you hardly or not at all encounter each other for a few days – and that is perfectly fine for everyone.
