Room in a shared flat

Hello hello! :)

As of 2.01.27, a room will become available in our cozy 4-person shared apartment. Due to the group constellation, we are looking for a woman.
The apartment has the perfect location in the middle of the Winterthur Old Town. 20 steps to the nearest grocery store, 40 steps for a (very) good coffee, 90 steps to the bus stop and 2.0 steps to the Steibi-Bar with the most hours of sunshine.

The apartment consists of three floors above a retail unit. The apartment has 6.5 rooms. On the top floor, you will find a large kitchen/dining room, a cozy living room, a great terrace facing the quiet courtyard. Each floor has its own bathroom. Additionally, the apartment has a spacious attic as well as a washing machine and a dryer.

We are a very informal WG-group in our early 30s (m, m, f), employed and enjoy being on the go. Nevertheless, we appreciate ending an evening together at the kitchen table with a little glass of white wine. We would like to continue this, which is why we are looking for a new roommate to complete our quartet.
