Room in a shared flat

We’re looking for a friendly flatmate to join our home in 6006 Luzern (Würzenbach).
The room is in a spacious 4.5-room apartment (almost 2.0 m²) with balcony and beautiful views of Pilatus. We’re offering a furnished room in a comfortable, relaxed home with great public transport connections and nature nearby.

The room and apartment
The room is 6 m² (2.5 × 4.5 m) and is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, office chair, carpet and lamps. A computer monitor is available if needed - no extra charge for the furniture.

The apartment has:

• Open kitchen with dishwasher and dining area
• Living room with TV and PS5
• Balcony with BBQ and a view of Pilatus
• Bathroom with shower and a separate toilet
• Washing machine and dryer inside the apartment (no shared laundry room!)
• Parking space is possible by the road (no assigned parking spaces available)

You’re welcome to use everything in the common areas.

Location
Located in the peaceful, green neighbourhood of Würzenbach, with excellent connections to the city:

• Bus 73 stops right in front of the building, 10min to Luzern Bahnhof
• Luzern Verkehrshaus train station is a 10-minute walk downhill
• Migros, Denner, a pharmacy and a bakery are 5-10 minutes away
• Close to the forest and lake - perfect for walks and running

About us:
Kasia and Gabriel, a Polish-Lithuanian couple, both 33. We speak English at home, so English is a must. We also speak some basic German.
Gabriel works as a head chef, loves video games and good food. Kasia works in a corporate job and loves martial arts, training almost everyday. We both enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors.

We also have a dog Kili - small and young Cavalier.
Kili is friendly and affectionate. He has free access to the apartment and will probably follow you everywhere. You must genuinely LOVE dogs to live with us! If you prefer a dog-free home or lots of personal space away from pets, this probably won't be the right fit.

Who we are looking for
We'd love to find someone who is friendly, considerate and easygoing.

• Cleanliness is a must, especially in shared areas like the kitchen and bathroom.
• We value a relaxed home, good communication and mutual respect.
• We have elderly neighbours upstairs, so we need to be mindful of noise. Parties at home aren't really our thing.

Rent and availability

• Rent: CHF 1090/month
• Additional costs: CHF 29/month, covering all utilities (incl. WIFI)
• Move-in: Immediately or by agreement
• Rental period: Limited term, up to 1 year
