Room in a shared flat

From 2 January 2027, I am renting out an indefinitely furnished room of 25.6 m² in my apartment on Freiestrasse in Biel.
You have your own WC and direct access to the large terrace. We use the kitchen, bathroom, and living room together. Internet is available.
The rent is CHF 570 monthly and is linked to two hours of agreed household help per week. This includes, for example, cleaning, laundry, shopping, or cooking. We will discuss tasks and fixed times together and record them in writing. Regardless of this, maintaining ordinary order after one's own use of shared rooms is part of living together.
I am looking for a reliable, considerate person who enjoys living in a familial environment. My son is expected to be born in February 2027. Therefore, baby noises, also at night, will be part of everyday life in the future. The assistance does not mean constant availability; independent baby care is not part of the agreed two hours.
I speak German, French, and English and like music, cooking, cinema, and traveling. Friendly interaction, clear agreements, and the privacy of both sides are important to me.
Before a commitment, I would like to get to know you personally and see together if this living arrangement suits us.
Feel free to write me something about yourself, your daily routine, your desired move-in date, and why this offer appeals to you.
