Room in a shared flat

Furnished room approx. 25 m² in a 2-person shared flat for rent.
Large, bright attic apartment with balcony. Quiet quarter, 5 minutes walking distance to Uster station.
(From Uster to Zürich HB it is 15min by train and the trains run every 15min.)

We are a 2-person female shared flat. Due to the fact that one of us is going traveling, we are looking, from 4. January to 3. April 2027, for a quiet, independent and clean person, non-smoker preferred. Private bathroom with shower and WC.
Washing machine, tumbler, drying room for shared use.
For info: Roommate (43 years) is learning to play cello.
