Room in a shared flat

From 1 September, also immediately, a room is available at Florastrasse 19 in St. Gallen. Roommate Maulana and I live here in a 5 1/2-room apartment (with an extra guest room). A new female roommate/male roommate would be welcome. The apartment is charming and is conveniently located in the city (Capelli-Bäckerei, Stadtpark, Kaffi Franz in the immediate vicinity). It is a good ten minutes on foot to the train station, and faster by bus (stop around the street corner). To the university, it is almost fifteen minutes. The apartment is well-equipped; the guest room serves primarily as a laundry room when not in use; a spacious living room (wood walls) with a dining table, sofa, and small balcony ensure coziness; the kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The rent is inexpensive, calculation: total rent offset by living space, depending on the room. The rent for the smaller room would be 590. Viewings are possible. I/we would particularly look forward to a person who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere at home; who enjoys guests from time to time; who sometimes feels like cooking together, and perhaps occasionally having a glass of wine. In the kitchen and the living room, there are: relaxed or animated conversations about politics and culture and above all good culinary arts 😉. About me: I wrote my PhD in St. Gallen and am currently in the publication phase; I have an office in the city, I am often doing sports, but also like being here. I am interested in literature, theater, music, and science, but also in all sorts of things. Particularly suitable would be people 25 and older, but we are open to all interested parties.
