This beautiful and spacious furnished 4-room granny flat in Rüti ZH is looking for tenants for the period from November 2026 to July 2027. The apartment is renovated in the attic, furnished and offers 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub/WC, washing machine, a kitchen-living area (without dishwasher). A parking possibility is available. The garden may be used. 2 small storage rooms belong to the apartment.

The apartment is well connected with public transport. A bus stop is just 5 min. away on foot. Buses run every half hour towards Bahnhof Rüti and Rapperswil. The SBB runs every quarter hour to Zürich or Rapperswil.

Rent apartment CHF 1400.- incl. utilities.

We are looking for uncomplicated tenants (also suitable for a 2-person shared apartment) from 01.11.2026 to 41.07.2027. Everyone should feel comfortable in our house. Non-smokers will be preferred. We like our home to be cozy; one should be able to see that it is lived in. Despite everything, a certain level of cleanliness and order is important to us.

We are Tanja and Markus Oswald, a married couple of retirement age, and we also enjoy having visitors sometimes. When the weather is nice, we like to spend time outside. Tenants are welcome to join us.
