Room in a shared flat

I'm Louis, 24, and I work in data and AI. I'm subletting the second bedroom of my flat on Altwiesenstrasse (8051 Zürich-Stettbach), a 5-minute walk from Stettbach station, in the city of Zürich (ZVV zone 2.0).

I'm looking for someone calm and serious, doing an internship or in a permanent job, who enjoys coming home to a pleasant, bright and well-kept place.

THE FLAT
3.5-room, 81 m2 flat on the 1st floor, building from 2010. Everything was furnished brand new when I moved in at the start of October: bright living room with a balcony, equipped kitchen you can use, a shared cellar compartment and a shared laundry room per floor (washing machine and tumble dryer).

YOUR ROOM (6 m2)
Freshly painted and newly furnished: storage bed, large wardrobe, desk and chair, and a door onto the balcony. Your own toilet and washbasin; we only share the bathroom (bath/shower).

LIVING TOGETHER
A quiet, studious flatshare: everyone has their own space, shops and cooks separately, and we have dinner together when our schedules allow. I care about cleanliness and respect for the flat, everything is new. House rules: non-smoking, no pets, no musical instruments, no parties. An occasional guest (dinner or one night) is fine, but no stays of several days.

LANGUAGES
I speak French and English, and have a solid foundation in German. If you speak German, I'd be glad to practise!

TERMS

• CHF 1,900/month, including heating and fibre internet
• Electricity extra, split 50/50 according to the bill
• Deposit: 3 months' rent
• 6-month contract, available immediately

Je m'appelle Louis, j'ai 24 ans et je travaille dans la data et l'IA. Je sous-loue la deuxième chambre de mon appartement (3.5 pièces, 81 m2, 1er étage, immeuble de 2010) à l'Altwiesenstrasse, à Zürich-Stettbach, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare (zone 2.0). La chambre (6 m2) est fraîchement repeinte et meublée à neuf : lit coffre, armoire, bureau, porte-fenêtre sur le balcon. WC et lavabo privés, seule la salle de bain est partagée. Cave et buanderie commune par étage à disposition.

Colocation calme et studieuse : courses et repas séparés, dîner ensemble quand nos horaires se croisent. La propreté est importante pour moi. Non-fumeur, pas d'animaux, pas d'instruments de musique, pas de soirées, invités ponctuels seulement.
