Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone! 😊

I am Chris, 32 years old. Originally, I completed a manual apprenticeship, then further educated myself in business administration, and have since been working in an office for around 7 years.

I am a non-smoker, do not drink alcohol, and have since left my wild party years behind me. 😄

In my free time, I like to be physically active, do things with friends, play board games, or sometimes play a cozy round of gaming.

I am an open, uncomplicated person who enjoys doing things together, but also appreciates peace and personal space.

The room is approx. 8 m² in size and is located in a 4.5-room apartment. Currently, I live alone in the apartment and would like to rent out one of the rooms. I look forward to a pleasant and uncomplicated shared community.

The apartment is located near a bus stop and offers good connections to Aarau.

The apartment has been partially modernized in recent years. In summer 2023, a new stove, a new refrigerator, as well as a new washing machine and a tumble dryer were installed. The washing machine and tumble dryer are available exclusively to our shared flat and do not have to be shared with other residents of the house.

In October 2026, all windows as well as the front door were also renewed.
