Room in a shared flat

The room
The bright room is located on the top floor of the house. With approx. 10 m², it is rather compact, but in return has a built-in wardrobe and an excellent view of the mountains. The house has 4 floors, one of which is the cellar. There is also an area there for you where you can store your things. In total, the house has around 230 m², so there is more than enough space. We share the kitchen, living room, and the two bathrooms (each with a shower). Additionally, there is a balcony as well as your own washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Our terrace lies in front of the garden (see pictures). We would be very happy if someone moves in who feels like contributing to the garden as well. For bicycles, we have a shed, and car parking spaces are also available. Pets are very welcome with us!
About us
Free WG room in Rubigen
From approx. 1.12.26, a room will become available for sublet in our cozy house with a garden. The rent is CHF 750.– gross, utilities and internet are included. The deposit is three months' rent. However, we are quite flexible with this: it can also be paid off over a longer period of time.
We are an open and uncomplicated WG that values communal living. At the same time, there is also plenty of space in the house and the garden for your own projects, creativity, and retreat.
The house is located in Rubigen, only a few minutes' walk from shopping facilities. Thanks to the fast public transport connection, you are in Bern in around 15 minutes and equally quickly in Thun.
If you are looking for a relaxed WG atmosphere with plenty of space and a beautiful garden, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to meeting you!
We are Mike, Gian and Milena.
Gian enjoys discussing, is always motivated for games, and occasionally receives visits from his four-year-old daughter.
Milena likes long conversations and discussions, is also up for games, and enjoys being in nature. Her cat Lumi is also part of the WG.
Mike is very sociable and a big fan of board games.
We look forward to you contacting us. Please include your name, age, and a short introduction of yourself.
