Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a family to share and enliven this apartment with us. (e.g., 2 adults and 1-2 toddlers, or 1 adult and 2 younger children, or expectant parents, ...) We wish for a family that enjoys community, likes music (perhaps even playing along with us) and also likes to celebrate a garden party once in a while.

We are Tabea(30) and Nicolas(25) with Amari(soon 2). We both work in the broadcast and event industry. We love music, instruments, garden, apéros, games, adventure and shared apartment life. We therefore also wish to live in a shared apartment within a family setting.
It is important to us to find a family that fits with us. We wish for a true community shared apartment (not a "convenience WG").
We look forward to hearing from you! <3

The shared apartment is in a 7-room apartment that extends over 4 floors. We have 2-3 vacant rooms.
This is what the apartment looks like:
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, guest WC, direct access to the garden
1st floor: living room
2nd floor: 2 vacant rooms, bathroom with WC & bathtub
3rd floor: 3 rooms, bathroom with WC & shower

The apartment is located in the small old town of Bülach and is very centrally located. It is in the "former city wall" and has a lot of charm.
Large cellar, beautiful garden in the courtyard (also ideal for children), bicycle room, room for garden play equipment, underground parking space & attic compartment can be rented separately.
