Room in a shared flat

Salut toi! My dear cat Oslo and I, Gabriel (34J), are looking for a flatmate for our 69 m² old building apartment in Bern Ostring.

The apartment (2nd floor):

• your room approx. 22 m2 (NE oriented), unfurnished
• 3-room continuous old building apartment approx. 69 m2
• cozy living room and balcony (SW oriented)
• cellar compartment + attic
• kitchen and bathroom in old building condition (not up to today's standards)
• view of greenery and nice neighbors!

Briefly about me: Originally French, I have been working here in Bern as an architect for almost 8 years. I am active in sports between tennis, football, bouldering, cross-country skiing and hiking. Otherwise, I am often cooking/baking and very much enjoy sharing my homemade kefir for the FüBi on the balcony.

Oslo and I are looking for:
Someone between 28-40 years old, who is just as uncomplicated, tidy, open and who looks forward to beautiful and simple shared moments (e.g. cooking together). It is important to me that we get along well, communication is the key! And lastly, a cheerful manner and a good portion of humor make living together truly wonderful.
Attention! The cat only speaks French! 😬

Please no standard questions like "is the room still available?" – rather tell me briefly something about yourself =)
I look forward to it!
