2 ½ rooms apartment

I am renting out my beautiful and fully furnished 2.5-room apartment for subletting.
As I will be moving in with my girlfriend on a trial basis for a certain period, I would like to sublet my apartment to a reliable and uncomplicated person during that time.

About the apartment

• 2.5 rooms
• fully furnished
• bright/large rooms

• laundry tower (washing machine/dryer) in the kitchen
• cellar compartment for shared use
• parking space (parking spot) can be rented additionally for CHF 60

Surroundings

• Railway station in 5 minutes walking distance
• Shopping facilities (Aldi, Coop, Denner) in 10 minutes walking distance
• Nature reserve in 5 minutes walking distance

The apartment is ideally suited for a single person or a couple looking for a furnished apartment for a flexible transitional period.

Flexible solution
Since I do not yet know definitively whether I want to return to the apartment after my trial phase, the situation is somewhat special: there is a slight possibility that I may want to move back in myself after approx. 2–3 months. Therefore, the subletting relationship would be agreed upon with a notice period of 2 weeks.

Should I decide not to return to the apartment, there is the possibility that the subtenant can subsequently take over the apartment as the main tenant. The takeover of individual or all furniture would also be possible upon agreement.

I am looking for a reliable person who is in agreement with this flexible solution and handles the apartment and the furniture with care.
