2 rooms apartment

For rent on 01.12.26 or 01.01.27 - 2 charming 2.5 room apartments, in the same building of 2 apartments, in Lavey-Village.
My partner and I are leaving our respective apartments to unite under the same roof.
The highlights of my apartment: a private gravel terrace, fenced and intimate with a view of the mountains, complemented by a common outdoor area. Two completely independent entrances; one via the terrace and one via the basement. The thick walls of the house offer very good insulation: pleasantly cool in summer and comfortable in winter.
The apartment also has the entire basement, with a very large cellar, a space for bottles and several storage units.
Pets accepted depending on the number and behavior.
Forest a stone's throw away, Rhône 5 minutes on foot and postal bus stop only 2 minutes away.
Rent: CHF 1'780./month, charges and parking spaces included.
My partner's 2.5 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the same house which only has 2 apartments. It has a private terrace in the property garden. More information on request.
