5 ½ rooms apartment

At Spiseggstrasse in St. Josefen, we are renting a 5.5-room apartment in an older residential building. The apartment has been partially renovated and combines renewed areas with the original character of the building.

As part of the renovation, a new kitchen, a new shower, and new floor coverings were installed. Wood paneling and visible beams shape the character of the apartment and ensure a pleasant, cozy atmosphere.

The 5.5 rooms are differently laid out and can be used as living, sleeping, children's, working, or guest rooms depending on need. Additionally, the apartment has a separate guest WC.

A seating area is available for communal shared use.

The apartment is suitable for persons who appreciate the individual character of an older house and are looking for an apartment with renewed areas.

Notes regarding the apartment:

• Due to the construction of the existing building, the ceiling height is sometimes approx. 1.93 m. We wish to point this out transparently already in the advertisement.
• The advertised rental price is exclusive of heating costs. Each rental apartment has its own oil tank. The tenants are themselves responsible for the procurement of the heating oil as well as the associated costs.
• Due to ongoing renovation work, photos of the bathroom are not yet available.
