Room in a shared flat

The room is 14m2 in size, furnished, bright, located on the courtyard side and thus very quiet. It is equipped with a large double bed (180x200cm) with new mattresses as well as a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It is part of a 97m2 3-room maisonette apartment (2 stories with stairs). The apartment features a WC, a bathroom with WC and bathtub, a small room with a laundry tower (washing machine and tumble dryer) as well as a small terrace in the courtyard. There is also a cellar compartment and parking spaces can be rented in the underground garage. The apartment and the room are completely furnished. Pharmacy, Aldi and Coop are located in the same block down the stairs, the Schlieren train station is 5 minutes walking distance away with fast connections (10 min) to the city of Zürich. The town center with bakery, large Migros, pharmacies, physios and doctors as well as the Limmat are only 10 min away on foot. We are Noa (25 years old, mediamatician from the Engadin, starts a part-time degree in game development in autumn, works from home), Lara (32, psychotherapist) and Stephan (37, IT specialist and aspiring helicopter pilot). Lara and Stephan are the main tenants of the apartment and will spend 2 years in the USA. For the furnished room of Lara and Stephan, we are looking for a subtenant. Noa likes bouldering in the nearby Gaswerk and the Boulderlounge Schlieren, likes reading books, likes watching good films and likes gaming. We are looking for a person who is looking for a furnished apartment and does not bring their own large furniture. We appreciate a responsible, conscientious and friendly person who gets along well with Noa and looks after the room and the apartment well together with him during the absence of Lara and Stephan.
