Room in a shared flat

EN: I’m looking for a partner in crime for my new flat I’ve recently taken over a cosy old 3 room apartment in the center. Been doing my best to get it up to speed, as I had just a room in a WG before. Most of the major pieces are in place, but there might still be some need for various items. Am more than happy to integrate your feedback into our living situation as well. The neighbourhood is great and well connected (Lochergut and Hardbrucke are very close). The neighbors have also been very friendly and welcoming so far. We each have a room and will be sharing the living room, bathroom and kitchen. There is also a storage space for our apartment in the cellar. From the cellar there is access to a private courtyard in the back (for grills etc), shared with the rest of the building. Laundry room (with a separate drying room) is found downstairs too. Regarding the room, it’s about 10 m² and comes with a large wardrobe in the wall; i’ve also put together a large bed (160×200), a small desk with a chair, a chest with drawers, a smaller wardrobe and some additional high shelves. Of course, I’m flexible if you have ideas. The items on the wall next to the bed will be taken care of soon. A little bit about myself: i’m a 33 year old IT guy, originally from Romania, living in Zurich for almost 4 years now. I’m quite uncomplicated and flexible and believe most issues get easily resolved via communication. I enjoy various types of games (from board to digital), cycling and swimming, cooking (won’t shy away from ordering ocassionally) and learning new things (am on currently on a >2000 days Japanese streak on Duolingo). Generally more than happy to spend my time with others, but appreciate reatreating to my own space to refill social batteries. I’m looking for someone I get along well with to share the place. Of course, we don’t have to interact 24/7: ideally we’re compatible enough to create a comfortable experience for the both of us. Ich habe vor kurzem eine gemütliche alte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Zentrum übernommen. Ich gebe mein Bestes, um sie auf Vordermann zu bringen, da ich zuvor nur ein Zimmer in einer WG hatte. Die meisten wichtigen Möbelstücke sind bereits vorhanden, aber vielleicht werden noch einige Dinge benötigt. Ich freue mich sehr, auch dein Feedback in unsere Wohnsituation zu integrieren. Die Gegend ist toll und gut angebunden (Lochergut und Hardbrucke sind ganz in der Nähe). Auch die Nachbarn waren bisher sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir haben jeweils ein eigenes Zimmer und teilen uns das Wohnzimmer, das Badezimmer und die Küche. Im Keller gibt es außerdem einen Abstellraum für unsere Wohnung. Vom Keller aus gelangt man in einen privaten Hinterhof (zum Grillen usw.), der gemeinsam mit den anderen Bewohnern des Gebäudes genutzt wird. Der Waschraum (mit separatem Trockenraum) befindet sich ebenfalls im Untergeschoss. Zum Zimmer: Es ist etwa 10 m² gross und verfügt über einen großen Einbauschrank; ausserdem habe ich ein grosses Bett (160 x 200), einen kleinen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, eine Kommode, einen kleineren Kleiderschrank und einige zusätzliche hohe Regale aufgestellt. Wenn du Ideen hast, bin ich natürlich flexibel. Um die Dinge an der Wand neben dem Bett wird sich bald gekümmert.
