Underground slot

In our new multi-family house at Gotthardstrasse 39 in 6410 Goldau, we still have free parking spaces in the underground garage. The property is very centrally located and is situated only 400 meters from the motorway entrance as well as 500 meters from the Arth-Goldau train station.

The entrance is 2.10 m high. The individual parking spaces are each 2.35 m wide and 5.00 m deep. The offer includes a double parking space (No. 13+14) for 1 x car and 1 x motorcycle. The garage is clean, enclosed, and features an automatic garage door with a transmitter.

This offer is aimed at residents as well as owners of second cars or weekend cars who wish to store them cleanly and safely. Work on vehicles in the underground garage is not permitted. Likewise, no tires, accessories, roof racks, or other utensils may be stored in the garage.
