Looking for a change for myself and my three teenagers. Currently: 4.5 rooms ground floor with large terrace and garden (afternoon sun) and second balcony in the large bedroom with morning sun. 2 bathrooms (once a bathtub and once a shower). Park-like surroundings, dogs and cats allowed. Looking for 5.5 rooms not ground floor. Balcony mandatory. Photos available upon request. Own laundry tower in the utility room in the apartment present. Large cellar compartment and bicycle cellar in the adjacent building. 3min on foot to the "Zollikerberg" stop of the Forchbahn (S18). Garage can be rented additionally (currently 180.- per month)
