The room and the apartment
The room is approx. 15 m² in size, is located on the 3rd floor and offers a beautiful view of the Gurten. The location is super practical: Migros and VOI as well as the nearest bus stop are only one minute away. With the bus, you are at Bern station in around 10 minutes. Liebefeldpark is also very close by.
The apartment is currently still somewhat in furnishing mode, as you can perhaps see in the pictures. So it will become even more cozy!
The room is available immediately. The rent is CHF 1'000.– including service charges, excluding Serafe.
Who I am
Hey, I am Manuel, 25 years old, and work as a mason on construction sites.
In my free time, I like to go out on my bicycle or occasionally go to football training. Otherwise, I also like to spend time with my family and my colleagues. But I also like being at home sometimes and enjoying a cozy evening.
I have lived in various shared apartments over the last five years and have now rented my first own apartment. Now I would like to form an uncomplicated 2-person WG in which one feels comfortable and enjoys coming home.

Who I am looking for
I am looking for an open and uncomplicated person approximately my age (± 5 years) who is interested in pleasant coexistence.
It is important to me that it does not become a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience). I think it is nice if you sit together spontaneously in the evening, chat a bit, or also do something together sometimes. Of course, you are also welcome to invite friends without having to feel like you are disturbing the other person. However, everyone should also have their own space and be able to do their own thing.
A certain understanding of cleanliness and order should be present, without being too picky.
In the end, it should simply be a WG in which people respect each other, feel comfortable, and enjoy spending time together.
