The room will become available on 16 January 2027 or by arrangement.

The room is partially furnished; however, only the mattress is missing, which can be purchased from the previous tenant if required.

About your future roommates:

I, male, 31 years old, work in Chur and am studying BWL/VWL part-time for a Bachelor's degree. I have two somewhat shy but cuddly free-roaming cats, so you should at least not have a cat hair allergy.

The second roommate is 20 years old, studies physiotherapy, and is active in sports during her free time or enjoys doing something with her friends and her family.
