Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a female roommate (LGBTQ+ also very welcome) starting in January in my 3-room apartment.
About the apartment:
It is an old building apartment that was renovated 4 years ago; the kitchen and the bathroom are modern for this reason. There is a laundry room in the basement with a washing machine and a dryer. The total area is 75 qm, with your room being approximately 3 by 4 meters in size. Additionally, there is a living room that is almost completely equipped (including Wifi, which costs 16,- per person). Some of the furniture will be sold by the previous tenant and can be purchased. If you have questions about the furniture, just get in touch. The rent including utilities amounts to 875 Franken.
Location:
The apartment is 10 - 15 min away from Unibasel (Biozentrum) on foot. It is located in the St.Johann Quartier directly next to the tram station Bahnhof St.Johann (in approx. 15 min at Basel station). There is a Coop directly opposite and a Migros is reachable on foot in 10 min.
About me:
I am Alexia (23) from Bern and I study psychology at the Universität Basel. I very much enjoy meeting with friends to go for coffee or do things, and I like to cook and bake. Furthermore, I love to travel and am always open to new experiences. I work on the side as a bartender in the club "das Viertel". I am not looking for a Zweck-WG (a flatshare for convenience only), which means that interpersonal relationships are very important to me and I would also find it great to cook together or do other things.
If the advertisement appeals to you, please feel free to get in touch with me!
I look forward to your application and lovely greetings Alexia:))
