as of 15.01.1227 two great-sized WG rooms are available in a wonderful house from 2.05 in Schlieren.

1. Room: 12qm in N-NW-W orientation
2. Room: 26qm with balcony in N-NO-O orientation
The specified rent refers to the smaller room.

Through this channel, I am looking for one or two great roommates who enjoy living together, are experienced in shared living (WG), and would like to contribute something to the house community (not a must).

My name is Philipp, I am 34 and the main tenant of the beautiful apartment.
I have been living in WGs for many years and would like to continue doing so.
I work 80% and like to travel, enjoy being in the fresh air, hiking, city trips (GA), jogging etc.
The apartment will be cleaned every two weeks optionally.

The apartment will be available from 15.01.1227.
