3 ½ rooms apartment

I am looking for someone to take over my apartment at Rue de l'Ancien Stand 8, on the 4th floor. The apartment overlooks the lake, with the mountains rising just behind, and the Alps are close enough that a hike or a day of skiing is a simple outing rather than a true expedition. I have truly enjoyed living here and would like to pass it on to someone who will enjoy it as much as I did. **The apartment** * 75 m², 3.5 rooms, top floor * Living room with an arched window opening onto the balcony, from which you can enjoy the full view of the lake, the city, and the mountains * Two bedrooms under the eaves, sloped ceilings and parquet flooring * Kitchen with plenty of storage, fridge, oven, washing machine and space for a dining table * A cellar is included, practical for bicycles, ski equipment, suitcases and anything you do not wish to keep upstairs It is an old apartment full of charm, in good condition and pleasant to live in. It is very sunny in summer and the nights are quiet. **Furniture** Partially to fully furnished, I am looking for someone to take over the furniture. The washing machine and the bathroom cabinets cannot come with me and should therefore be taken over in any case.
