2 room loft

We are renting immediately or by arrangement a 2-room studio apartment at Freudwilerstr. 6 in 8625 Freudwil. Freudwil is a quiet, higher-lying outlying hamlet of Uster, surrounded by fields, meadows and forest. Here you will live close to nature in a relaxed atmosphere and simultaneously benefit from the proximity to the city. The connection to the highway is also well-developed for a quick commute to Zürich. Additionally, public transport is easily and uncomplicatedly accessible via the nearby bus stop.

The apartment is equipped as follows:

• Living area with parquet flooring
• Window front for bright light
• Space-saving fitted kitchen with cast iron plates
• Bathroom with shower cabin

A parking space at the property is available for CHF 80 monthly and can be rented additionally.

We would like to point out that the property does not have a communal laundry room or its own washing machine. Furthermore, the studio does not include its own cellar compartment.
