Room in a shared flat

Roommate*
Rent: 770 CHF
Ad: Lea und Marlon

We are looking for a new female roommate for our house-WG in Kreuzlingen, starting immediately/by arrangement

We have

• One free room (8 qm, approx. 770 CHF)
• A large living/dining room and a converted attic as common areas and guest rooms
• A wild garden with large trees and space to hang out
• 2 garages with space for bicycles, tools, etc.
• A small sports room
• 2 minutes from BHF Kreuzlingen

Who we are:
We are 5 adults in total between the ages of 26 - 38 and one baby, and we are all employed. Except for the baby. Since we rent an entire house, there is a shared community of three upstairs and a three-person family on the ground floor.
We have separate households, but no closed doors, spend a lot of time together and share some rooms (as well as currently still the kitchen) and tasks. We definitely see ourselves more as a community than a Zweck-WG (flatshare for convenience). This means we actually share almost everything in a solidary way and also shop together.

Who we are looking for:
We want to keep the gender ratio in the house as balanced as possible and are therefore looking for a female roommate for the apartment upstairs in the house. We have known some of each other for a very long time, but we are quite open-minded people and would be happy if you would like to become part of our (circle of friends) and the house community. We live in a beautiful house with lots of space, but which also involves a fair amount of work. It is important to us that we all bear the responsibility for it together. This means there will also be days when we, for example, make plans to work on the garden together or similar.
If you are interested in solidary living and are looking for a home with a long-term perspective, we look forward to your message!
(If you vote for the SVP or if Phillip Amthor is in your contacts, please do not feel addressed ;D)
