80m² kiosk

GENÈVE : TOBACCO-KIOSK WITH KITCHEN AND TEA ROOM SPACE TO BE HANDED OVER
Business transfer price: CHF 198'000.-

Located on the ground floor in a lively neighborhood on the right bank, this tobacco-kiosk benefits from an environment mixing residential and offices, with good public transport connections ensuring regular passing trade from morning until early evening. Its clientele, largely loyal, has been built up over more than ten years of operation by the same owner.

The premises are organized into two communicating spaces, to which a cellar, sanitary facilities, and an equipped kitchen are added. This ensemble would allow a successor to add a tea room to the kiosk and thus expand its clientele, by building on the existing layouts.

The owner is transferring the business for health reasons. The takeover includes the stock, except for cigarettes, as well as the installed video surveillance system.

• Ground-floor arcade in a lively and well-served neighborhood
• Loyal clientele built up over more than ten years
• Cellar, sanitary facilities, and equipped kitchen in addition to the sales area
• Configuration conducive to a tea room activity
• Takeover of stock, excluding cigarettes, and video surveillance

Tobacco-kiosks with a kitchen and a second space are rarely found in the center of Genève. The complete file is handed over to interested parties after signing a confidentiality agreement.
