In this new 3-person shared apartment (WG) in a terraced corner family house, two rooms are available. Both are bright, south-facing, and easy to furnish:

• Large room on the upper floor: approx. 15.5m2 with a private balcony of approx. 5m2
• Medium room on the upper floor: approx. 12 m2

The house additionally features the following areas for shared use (a total of 3 roommates):

• Covered bicycle parking space
• Cozy private garden with terrace, small herb and vegetable garden, and lawn area with small apple and pear trees and a flagpole :D
• Kitchen, WC, and cozy dining and living room on the ground floor
• Bathroom on the upper floor, opposite your room ;)
• Small studio/workshop in the basement (unheated), accessible from the outside, with a small additional kitchen and shower.
• Spacious storage area in the attic
• Private washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement
• 1 car parking space

Large room: Net rent 1'100.-, service charges 150.-, total rent: 1'250.-
Medium room: Net rent 900.-, service charges 150.-, total rent: 1'050.-

About the WG
I am Rafael, 29 years old, working in the construction industry as an architectural planner and construction manager.
I am a sports lover, a passionate mountain biker in summer, and in winter I like to go skiing or snowboarding. But I am also very happy to participate in other sports, be it beach volleyball, kickboxing, climbing/bouldering, hiking, and much more!
I am actively on my way to creating a better and fuller life and am currently interested in communication to form deeper and nourishing relationships.
Every now and then I play a little ukulele and guitar and maybe I even sing along. Or at least I try :D
And I have many more interests... hehehe

What I wish for this new WG:

To create a home where we commit to having open, honest, and appreciative communication and where we all feel comfortable.
A cozy togetherness where everyone has their place, whether to do/share something together (cooking/eating, in the garden, at the Aare,...) or to withdraw and have time for oneself and one's own interests.
We all help to maintain and shape our home together.

The goal: a nourishing, happy, and enriching life together and mutual support for the success of our goals in life.
