My roommate and I are both moving out after having lived in this apartment for almost four years (he is leaving Switzerland and I am moving in with my partner). We have enjoyed our time here very much and hope that the next tenants will feel just as comfortable here. Location: * The center of Wallisellen with grocery stores (Migros, Coop, Denner), other shops, and restaurants is reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot; the Glattzentrum is about 15 minutes on foot away. * The Wallisellen train station is about 5 minutes on foot away. From there, there are direct connections to Zürich HB in approximately 10 minutes (S-Bahn) and to Zürich Airport in approximately 15 minutes (tram, bus, and S-Bahn). * The Wallisellen Park and green walking paths along the Glatt are also only a short walk away. * A parking space is available by arrangement with the landlord.
