We are offering our spacious 7.5-room house in Meilen with full lake view for exchange (fixed-term contract). Very much space, 4 bathrooms, very generous entrance with open living and dining area incl. panoramic view of the lake, fireplace, conservatory and balcony also with panoramic lake view, several bedrooms, garden with full lake view, workshop, 2 outdoor parking spaces, and so on... The rental contract is currently fixed-term until 31. August 2026, an extension is very likely and will be announced approx. in June. In return, we are looking for an ecological 4.5 room house part with garden or a cute 4.5 room garden apartment in the Hinwil area.
