2 ½ rooms apartment

Furnished Room with Private Bathroom in Modern 2.5-Room Apartment | Schlieren

I'm looking for a friendly and respectful roommate to share my spacious 56 m², 2.5-room apartment in Schlieren.

The Apartment
Located on the 3rd floor of a modern building (built in 2018), just 5 minutes from Schlieren train station and 7 minutes from Tram 2, with connections to Zurich HB in approximately 15 minutes.
The apartment is bright, spacious, and fully furnished in a minimalist style, with plenty of room to add your own furniture.
The layout offers excellent privacy, with bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment, separated by the kitchen and living area. You'll also have your own private bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

Your Room & Amenities

• Furnished bedroom
• Single bed with a pull-out second bed, convertible into a double
• Comfortable, barely used mattress
• Desk and clothes rack, with room for additional furniture
• Fully equipped shared kitchen and living room with a 55-inch TV
• Balcony with plenty of natural light
• Washer and dryer in the basement, available by reservation
• Parking available for an additional fee

The room is move-in ready, even if you don't have any furniture of your own.

About Me
I'm a young professional working in tech and entrepreneurship. I work from home, so I appreciate a quiet environment during the day. I enjoy cooking in the evenings and usually spend weekends out with friends or playing padel at PDL, right next door.

Who I'm Looking For
Someone friendly, tidy, and respectful who values a peaceful home and each other's privacy. Ideal for a student or professional working in Zurich.
Interested? Send me a short introduction with your age, gender, occupation, and a little about yourself.
