I am offering my cozy 3-room apartment with 70 m² in beautiful Zürich, Kreis 2 for exchange. The rent is currently 2950 CHF. The new rent can unfortunately only be requested once the administration has received a notice of termination. The apartment was freshly renovated in 2022, we are the first tenants and it is located very quietly overall. There are two balconies, one of which faces the courtyard and the other faces the street. The street is a purely residential street. Additionally, a communally used roof terrace is available. In return, I am looking for a slightly larger apartment in Zürich with at least 4 rooms and 90 m² of living space at a maximum rent of 5000 CHF.
