The house is located only 5 min from the Aarau train station and 10 min from the Aarau old town, but offers an unusually large garden around the house for being so close to the city.

A large living room, kitchen and bathroom, a pass-through room, and the laundry room are available for shared use. But the highlight is definitely the beautiful garden with its own barn for bicycles and a shelter for outdoor cinema evenings.

Ideally someone who is interested in shared flat life and does not use the home just for sleeping. Occasional cooking together and, if desired, gardening. The garden offers plenty of space, also for your own ideas and projects (vegetable patch? sauna? athletic activities?).
