Room in a shared flat

Cozy room in a 2.5 room, 50m2 flat. I will be staying in the second room: 33M, product manger, 3 days office and 2 home.
There's a table with 2 chairs in the kitchen missing in the photo.
The flat is 3 min walk from tram lines 2 and 3, 6 min to Wiedikon Train station and 2 min walk to PureGym.

I wake up early and go to bed early, so one of the few requirements, is no noise after 21:30 kind of :)
All bills are included in the price (wi-fi, electricity, serafe, trash bags).
If we end up hiring a cleaning lady, that cost would be added, not included (to split in half).
Please send a short intro of yourself if interested.
