Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my 13 m² furnished shared apartment room in Uster from 28.09. to 01.01.2027 or by arrangement. The location is super central: Uster station is only about 100 meters away; from there, you are at Zürich Stadelhofen station in about 11 minutes and at Zürich HB in approx. 15 minutes. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a quiet environment and features a modern standard of fittings.

The apartment has an open, modern kitchen and a spacious living room, which can of course be used together. The room is fully furnished and ready for immediate move-in, including a bed incl. mattress, wardrobe, and desk, among other things. The bathroom is shared.

CHF 1'050.–/month for the entire period, including electricity, utilities, and high-speed internet – there are no additional costs.

You would live together with Reto (30) and Jan (33). Both are employed and we are a quiet, uncomplicated shared flat where basically everyone does their own thing. If the opportunity arises, however, people enjoy meeting in the kitchen for a chat or spending some time together spontaneously. There is no fixed flat plan and no obligation to constantly do something together.

We are looking for an orderly, conscientious, and uncomplicated person who fits well into a quiet shared flat of working professionals.
