We are renting our 3.5m2 apartment on the first floor in rural Rüti bei Riggisberg.

It is accessible at ground level via the bridge floor.

The apartment comprises approx. 170m2. In addition, there are 8m2 of attic space and 10m2 of balcony.

The apartment is heated via radiator from below. For those for whom this is not sufficient, additional heating is possible via an infrared heater or by means of a Swedish stove. The wood for the Swedish stove will be provided.

Totally renovated in 2009, new kitchen in 2023, walls repainted in 2024

Pets are allowed upon arrangement.

Those who wish can separately rent an additional garage space for 100.- or an outdoor parking space for 50.-

Every year in September, the mountain race at Gurnigel takes place on one weekend. During this, racing cars stand directly around the house and engine noise must be expected.

Otherwise very quiet. Cowbells, roosters crowing, etc. are part of the rural idyll. If this disturbs you, please do not apply.
