The fully furnished 3-room apartment (45 m²) on the ground floor is ideal for 2 to a maximum of 4 persons. It combines cozy chalet charm with modern comfort.

From the apartment, you have direct access to the large garden with various seating areas and a fireplace – ideal for relaxing and enjoying.

The bathroom was completely renovated in April 2026. The kitchen will also be completely renewed in December 2026, before the start of the lease. The plans can be inspected.

The village with good connections to public transport, a pizzeria, the Volg, "Älplerladä" and "Chreemerchamärä" is reachable in just three minutes on foot.

Nature and leisure in every season

The ski lift as well as the idyllic outdoor pool at 1,300 m above sea level are reachable in just 15 minutes on foot or comfortably by bus. The day pass additionally entitles you to the use of the ski lift in St. Antönien.
Guest card: By paying the statutory tourism surcharge, you receive the Pany–St. Antönien Card, which offers you, among other things, free PostAuto rides in the region, free entry to the outdoor pool as well as a 50% discount on ski tickets. (Not included in the rental price.)

The magnificent surroundings offer diverse possibilities for hiking, skiing and biking as well as winter hiking on a network of several specifically prepared routes and circular tours. Pany is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the well-known ski areas Klosters–Davos, to the well-known Tamina Therme Bad Ragaz, 25-30km and to Chur, the capital of Graubünden, 36km.
