Room in a shared flat

We are renting out this spacious, beautiful room with a built-in wardrobe in our charming old building apartment. We are two friends in our 20s, founded this shared flat together and are now looking for a third person to join us. Our apartment is approx. 5 minutes walking distance from the station and old town, has four rooms, a cellar compartment and a small balcony. We share the washing machine with a second shared flat on the first floor; a Pizzeria Dieci is located on the ground floor of the house.
