Room in a shared flat

The room is approximately 15m² in size, rectangularly shaped and with direct access to the large balcony. On the same floor is a bathroom with a bathtub, the kitchen with dining area and living room as well as a utility room with its own washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the upper floor are the two other bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. The two-story attic apartment is 120m² in total, very bright with large windows, a cellar compartment is included and there is a communal bicycle room. The house is located in a quiet area, one just has to get used to the train a little.
In a few minutes' walking distance, you are at Coop, in nature and at the bus stop, from there you can reach the station by bus in 5 minutes.
The move-in would be possible from 1 January, possibly even earlier by arrangement.

We are looking for a person between the ages of 26 and 32 who is looking for a long-term home and ideally brings WG experience. Order and cleanliness are important to us, but also a friendly togetherness. We occasionally eat together and exchange ideas, but individuality and time for oneself are also very important to us. Smoking is not allowed, in the case of pets we would have to clarify this with the administration.

We are a three-person WG that values good coexistence. Toni is moving in with his girlfriend and is therefore unfortunately leaving us.
Chantal is the main tenant and has been in the apartment the longest. She works in nursing, enjoys traveling, does a lot of sport (Crossfit, cycling, climbing/bouldering) and is a volunteer in the sea rescue and the fire department.
Ramona has only been with us for a few months and usually spends her weekend with her family, she works in the library and you often see her with a book in her hand. In addition, she is involved in various nature conservation associations, loves animals and often travels through Switzerland by train.
