Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone,
at the beginning of November, a room will become available in our 3-person shared flat in Breitenrain.
The room is unfurnished, approx. 9sqm in size with built-in wardrobes, herringbone parquet, and a large window with lots of light and a view of the greenery towards the courtyard.
There is a bathroom with a bathtub, balcony, shared garden and kitchen with a dining table and cellar.

The building will be renovated around November 2027, therefore the room would be limited until then.
The price is 370chf warm, so quite cheap :)

You would live together with Amina, 25 years old, midwifery student and originally from Hamburg and in Switzerland since February. She is mostly to be found somewhere in nature, either on the racing bike, trail running, swimming or whatever else comes to her mind. She would be very happy to have a sports buddy in the WG ;)
Otherwise, she doesn't like cooking vegetarian very much and is always happy about a spontaneous shared Znacht.
She also likes to travel and is therefore frequently on the go 🏄🏽♀️

You would also not live with Toni, but she is unfortunately leaving the WG in February. She is 28 years old and originally from Cologne and is currently writing her master's thesis in sustainability. Besides that, she works as a yoga teacher and is out on her snowboard a lot in winter.

In living together, open communication, a nice and relaxed coexistence, spontaneous shared everyday moments and simply an uncomplicated and harmonious togetherness are important to us.

Viewings would be possible Sunday evening or Monday

we look forward to your messages ⭐️
