Room in a shared flat

The advertisement is aimed at a person who does not just want to share a room, but wants to become part of a residential community.

This shared flat has existed since 2028 and has experienced many beautiful moments in this time.

Of course, the entire apartment is available to all tenants.

Conversely, however, it is also expected that all tenants make a contribution so that the shared flat becomes even nicer.
