For our modern and very spacious apartment at Aeschstrasse 3a, we are looking for a new person for a relaxed 2-person shared apartment.
The apartment offers significantly more than a classic shared apartment. You have your own bedroom as well as your own bathroom. The large living area, the kitchen, and the huge terrace are used communally.
Due to the layout, everyone has enough privacy, while at the same time it should not be a purely functional shared apartment.

The apartment is modern, bright, and finished to a high standard. Particularly beautiful is the open living and kitchen area with plenty of natural light and direct access to the very large terrace.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a single person, no couples.
Ideally, you are approximately 19 to 27 years old, employed or studying, and have a regular and verifiable income.
A monthly gross income of approximately CHF 5000 or more would be ideal, or rather, the financing of the rent should be clearly verifiable.

Above all, it is important to us that you:
are tidy and reliable
are uncomplicated and respectful
like being sporty or active
organize your daily life independently
do not seek a purely functional shared apartment
simultaneously respect the privacy of the other

Friends and visitors are fundamentally no problem.
The idea is a pleasant and relaxed coexistence where people get along well, can occasionally do something together, but everyone still has their own daily routine and retreat space.

I am Adam Reiter, 20 years old, work at the Audi Revolut F1 Team and study International Management remotely on the side.
I am sporty, active, and often on the go myself.

A relaxed, respectful, and uncomplicated coexistence is important to me. The apartment should feel like a home and not like two strangers who happen to use the same kitchen.
