4 ½ rooms apartment

Since I, Pablo (34), am leaving our shared apartment as of 1 January, Ramon (22) and Lyndon (22) are looking for a new female or male roommate.

The available room is approx. 12.5 m² in size.
The two are uncomplicated, tidy and appreciate a clean home – a cleaning schedule is available.

At the same time, they also enjoy their peace and respect personal space. However, on occasion, they also like to do something together, quite informally and without obligation.

The location is super practical: The FHGR is right nearby, as are various shopping facilities. The bus stop is located directly in front of the house.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are located directly in the apartment. Additionally, there is a bicycle cellar as well as a small storage room.

Additional costs:

• Internet: approx. 12 CHF per person/month
• Electricity: approx. 22 CHF per person/month

If required, a parking space can also be rented additionally – either outside or in the underground garage.
