The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an additional double bed, providing sufficient space for restful nights. The bright living area is a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring the city. The modern, open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle. Additional amenities include free WLAN, a television, central heating, an iron and ironing board, as well as a hair dryer. Located in the vibrant historic Old Town, you are within easy walking distance of numerous sights, including the famous Kapellbrücke, charming squares, boutiques, and cozy cafés. The idyllic banks of the Reuss and the picturesque Vierwaldstättersee invite you for relaxed walks. Luzern station is also reachable on foot and offers excellent connections for excursions throughout Switzerland. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a security deposit/damage deposit of CHF 3.000,00 and a final cleaning flat rate of CHF 3,00 are charged. Mandatory fees and levies include tourist taxes, which vary depending on the city: in Luzern CHF 4,90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax for persons registered in the city); in Basel CHF 4,20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax for persons registered in the city, a maximum of 30 nights are charged); and in Zug CHF 1,00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax for persons registered in the city).
