Room in a shared flat

Your spacious, bright room measures 14.6 m2. The rooms and living area have beautiful wooden floors. There’s the possibility of purchasing some furniture (probably a dresser, shelf) from the former subtenant. The very modern
apartment comes with its own washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, a bathroom and a separate toilet, and floor heating/cooling (which was fantastic this summer). The apartment is 7 minutes from the Schlieren train station on foot (to Zurich main station 10 minutes by train). Coop, Aldi, Migros, a pharmacy, and several restaurants are very close (5 minutes on foot).

Since my current flatmate moves to a different area, I am looking for a new person :) I am looking for someone who is about the same age as me (~25-35) – e.g. young professional or grad student. You should be able to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy and stick to a cleaning schedule. Reliability, friendliness, and a respectful and open communication are important to me. As an introvert, I value each other’s space and privacy but would also enjoy sharing a meal, watching a

I (female) am a young professional currently working in the public sector. I am 30 years old and graduated from ETH about four years ago. I speak (Swiss) German and English. In my spare time, I like to dance, read, and spend time in nature. I love cute dogs, nice coffee shops, Korean music, and I am interested in many different things. I am a non-smoker.
