Room in a shared flat

Free WG room in Bülach ZH

Since my current roommate is moving out at the end of October, I am looking for a new female roommate, ideally between the ages of 18-25. The apartment is a 4.5-room condominium on the first floor, which belongs to my parents. The room being rented is approx. 7m2 in size and has direct access to the large balcony of the apartment. The entire apartment is approx. 2.0m2, the third room is used more as a storage or laundry room. Since the apartment has two bathrooms, you will have one almost entirely to yourself; I only use it for washing laundry. Otherwise, the apartment is fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, oven, dishwasher, etc.) and lovingly furnished, and is located in the immediate vicinity of a bus stop (approx. 3 min). The public transport connections are very good, the airport can be reached by bus in approx. 15 min, and one is usually in Zürich in approx. 30 min. The room is basically rented unfurnished; following consultation, some furniture could potentially be taken over.

About me: I am 21 years old and have two cats, so it would be great if you love animals just as much as I do. Otherwise, I am a very quiet and peaceful person; one can talk openly with me, and this would also be very important to me. Cleanliness and order (especially in the shared rooms) is also very important to me; additionally, you should be a non-smoker.

If you have any questions or for further photos, please feel free to write to me.
